Today i do a 12 hours shif and decided to jus have a quick dinner by eating at Restoran Mang Chuang.

There is a hawker stall sell Char kway teow.

Fried Kuey Teow Mee or Fried Kuey Teow is a popular noodle dish in Malaysia .

it is normally stir-fried over very high heat with light and dark soy sauce, chilli, a small quantity of belachan, whole prawns, blood cockles without shells, bean sprouts ,chopped Chinese chives, slices of Chinese sausage, fishcake, beansprouts . Than add it the flat rice noodles at the end and continue to stir-fry until it is properly mix .

Different stall cook differently , some add pork meat , some duck egg and many type . This stall just cooking a norma type. They charge RM6 for small , RM6.50 for big.

For me, i order a big one cause i am very hungry due to all the over-time work .

It cost RM6.50 per plate.

The hawker stall open from 6 pm to 10pm everyday except on thursday and Friday.
