# 1233 - 5th Centennial of the Discovery of America - Part 12

We will continue the "5th Centennial of the Discovery of America" series IV, minted in 1992 by the Real Casa de la Moneda, Spain. This series commemorates the 1992 Universal Exposition of Seville.

All the coins have a 92.5% silver purity and Proof finish.

The first coin is a 2,000 Pesetas, weighting 27g. The obverse depicts the Exposition building .

The second coin is a 1,000 Pesetas, weighting 13.5g. The obverse depicts the Italian Door of the Expo-92.

The first coin reverse depicts the Tower of Seville.

The second coin reverse depicts the General Archive of the Indies.
