Huayna Picchu

in photofeed •  6 days ago  (edited)

Feel like a leg workout? I took this shot of the stairs leading down from the temple on top of Huayna Picchu (Wayna Pikchu) built by the Incas between 1438–1472. At 2,720 metres the stairs go all the way down to the Urubamba River below. Peru.

That's a ton of stairs! But the view looks awesome!

It is quite an arduous climb !

That looks like doesn’t look like the most fun thing to climb up in the world, but the view would definitely e worth it. Awesome shot.

Can you believe they cut stairs into the side of that crazy mountain ?
